It has been some time since I have had sublimation shirts as an option. Well, I am happy to say that that is now back on my shop.
I worked on my printer over the weekend and so glad that is working like a charm even though it has had a long vacation.
I use an Epson 1430 Artisan printer which I converted to sublimation ink.
This printer is a work horse and I am pleasantly surprised it was not clogged after the long sitting spell in the office.
The first few prints came out looking great.
This is an image I have wanted on a shirt for myself. I love Yellowstone episodes.
This sublimation was press on a 50% polyester 50% cotton raglan shirt. Keep in mind that is why the print is a vintage look. The higher % of polyester in the fabric the more vibrant the design will come out.
I pressed at 400 degrees for 50 seconds.
My press is an 16x20 swing away Endurapress from Heat Press Nation.
